Refund Policy

Cline Blue Beauty is operated by CLINE BLUE ENTERPRISES LLC.

Returns Window

Unused beauty supply items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition and unopened where the seal is intact (this applies to brushes, combs, sleep bonnets, wig caps, and similar personal-care items for hygiene reasons).

How to Start a Return

Email support@clineblue.top with your order number before sending any return. We reply with return instructions and the return address within 1-2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Refund Timing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The credit may take additional time to appear on the statement depending on the issuing bank.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened nail glue, opened cuticle oil, or any used personal-care tool.
