Refund policy

Cline Blue Beauty is operated by CLINE BLUE ENTERPRISES LLC. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Contact support@clineblue.top before sending any return.

Beauty-Supply Specific Returns

  • Unused and sealed hair-care, wig-care, nail-care, and beauty tool items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened, worn, washed, styled, heated, glued, or used items are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Nail glue, press-on nails, wig caps, and bonnets must remain sealed to qualify for return review.
  • Damaged-on-arrival claims must be emailed within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

Processing Your Return

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not pay anything: we arrange the replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to cover return postage. For all other returns (for example, an unused item you no longer want), return shipping is paid by the customer and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, contact support@clineblue.top to arrange a return under the policy above; once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
